DDX is delighted to announce the appointment of Stephen Hebditch as a Senior Mobility Consultant.
DDX is a leading provider of automotive and mobility solutions, and Stephen’s arrival marks a significant leap in the organisation’s ambition to expand and strengthen its automotive business strategy.
Stephen previously served as the International Head of Retention at Keyloop. He joined DDX on 1 October 2023 as Senior Mobility Consultant, and will assist mobility and automotive sales as well as building the DDX automotive customer retention programme.
With a decorated career spanning more than three decades in the automotive industry, Stephen is globally recognised for his expertise in international automotive retail finance and is a highly respected authority on customer retention. During his career, he has undertaken important roles at Lombard North Central, Porsche Finance and Rover Finance, as well as a key position at the BMW Group Head Office in Munich.
Stephen's role will focus on enhancing DDX's current offerings, building growth opportunities, and solidifying partnerships in the European automotive sector. Due to his vast international knowledge and leadership skills, Stephen is expected to play a pivotal role in scaling DDX's operations in the region.

I am passionate about customer loyalty in the automotive industry, and the fantastic consultancy services and software products DDX provide will help our OEM and dealer group partners achieve their customer retention goals. Biography
Stephen Hebditch is an expert in international automotive retail finance and a recognised global authority on customer retention. He brings with him a wealth of experience having spent 32 years in the automotive industry.
Stephen's career began in 1989 at Lombard North Central and has taken in prominent roles at Porsche Finance and Rover Finance. Later, he joined a leading dealer group, overseeing eight brands across 22 sites as their Group F&I Manager.
The early 2000s saw Stephen work at BMW Financial Services UK, where he climbed the ranks from Regional Manager to UK Customer Retention Manager. His expertise took him to the BMW Group’s head office in Munich in 2015, where he spent four years in global retention and training capacities.
By 2019, Stephen moved to FISC Ltd as their Global Head of Retention Products. With extensive international knowledge, he has collaborated with BMW Group's global markets, led global conferences, delivered training events, and even founded outbound call centres specialising in retention. His commitment and dedication have solidified his position as a leader in automotive customer retention.
